To make a complaint email

In your email, ensure to include the following:

- Your name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Incident Date
- Incident Time
- What best describes the type of problem encoutered
- Pharmacy personnel involved
- What happened? Be as specific as possible, including dates, name, etc
